RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive our marketing strategy and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive analysis of marketing performance across channels, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement.
What You'll Do
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value across digital channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, segmentation, and funnel conversion.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing spend and tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in data visualization using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proven experience analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns and calculating ROI.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will work with distributed teams and must be effective in a remote, asynchronous communication environment.
