Monolithic Power Systems Inc. (MPS) is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Marketing & Applications Engineering to lead the definition and development of High Power and High Voltage products for Solar, PSU, and Automotive applications. You will oversee design and applications engineering teams and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to execute product development strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead Applications Engineers, IC designers, packaging specialists, and field teams to create innovative products.
- Work directly with customers on system designs using existing or newly developed products.
- Provide application support and training for key clients and field engineers.
- Perform competitive analysis to inform new product definitions.
- Author datasheets, application notes, and design documentation.
What We're Looking For
- MSEE degree or higher.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with High Power and High Voltage DC/DC products.
- Familiarity with SiC and/or Isolated hardware implementation.
- Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in high power qualification, testing, and debugging.
