Henry Schein One LLC is hiring a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee all aspects of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, analysis, KPI reporting, and budgeting for assigned sales channels. You will manage consolidated reporting and act as the primary finance partner for these business areas.
What You'll Do
- Lead monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Proactively analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount, and expenses, investigating unusual items and preparing performance reports.
- Provide recommendations based on a strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts.
- Deliver bottoms-up weekly, monthly, and annual revenue, gross profit, operating expense, and KPI reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with management to align financial plans with organizational objectives.
- Manage the annual budget submission process and provide in-depth operating budget analyses.
- Partner with business leaders in assigned sales channels to identify key risks and opportunities.
- Create and maintain a unified reporting structure with key metrics, improving processes and providing financial highlights.
- Continuously assess and improve processes, implementing automation solutions for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with controlling and accounting teams during the close process.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- BS in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong commitment to financial accuracy and data integrity.
- Enthusiasm for identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred.
- Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.
Team & Environment
You may be responsible for indirectly managing a team of accountants, finance business partners, and analysts through matrixed reporting relationships.
