Prosper is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit Risk Analytics to lead our fraud risk strategy and analytics. This role sits within the Finance department's Credit Risk Management team and focuses on protecting our platform and customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fraud risk analytics strategy
- Design, build, and monitor models and rules to detect and prevent fraudulent activity
- Analyze portfolio performance to identify emerging fraud trends and recommend mitigation tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Develop key metrics and reports to communicate fraud risk exposure to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in credit risk analytics with a deep specialization in fraud risk
- Strong background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and risk strategy within financial services
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing analytical projects and influencing stakeholders
