Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for Ireland, aligned with regional and global goals.
- Lead forecasting, territory design, and performance analysis to meet revenue and market share objectives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Finance to coordinate initiatives and optimize resource use.
- Oversee product launches, pricing models, and distribution strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Develop relationships with distributors, pharmacy chains, and clinical leaders to expand reach.
- Ensure operational efficiency across supply chain, trade management, and demand planning functions.
- Lead market access efforts, including engagement with HSE, PCRS, and private healthcare decision-makers.
- Advocate for reimbursement approvals, tender success, and policy alignment to support CGM adoption.
- Advance access initiatives for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes populations, with targeted approaches for key subgroups.
