Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the commercial strategy for Ireland, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
- Lead forecasting, territory design, and performance analysis to meet revenue and market share goals.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Finance teams to coordinate initiatives and optimize resource deployment.
- Manage end-to-end execution of product launches, pricing models, and distribution channel strategies.
- Develop relationships with distributors, pharmacy groups, and clinical leaders to strengthen market presence.
- Ensure operational efficiency across supply chain, demand planning, and trade functions.
- Lead market access planning, including engagement with the HSE, PCRS, and private payers to secure reimbursement and tender approvals.
- Advocate for broader access to CGM technologies across key patient segments, including Type 2 adults, pediatric populations, and those on MDI therapy.
- Partner with clinical and policy experts to advance value-based care models and local health outcome programs.
Qualifications
