Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Data & Insights EMEA to lead the commercial data vision, strategy, and execution across the EMEA and LATAM regions. In this role, you will transform our commercial ecosystem into a connected, insight-driven advantage by building and managing robust data foundations, governance, and field enablement tools.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the commercial data vision and roadmap across EMEA and LATAM, establishing trusted data foundations across sales, marketing, medical, and market access functions.
- Lead Commercial Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer 360 platforms and efforts, integrating CRM, ERP, marketing, and educational platforms into a single source of truth.
- Develop and activate field enablement tools—including self-service insights, next best action, and intelligent call‑logging solutions—to increase field efficiency and engagement quality.
- Serve as the business owner for MDM, C360, and Veeva CRM and Sales Planning & Operations platforms, coordinating initiatives and design with customer-facing teams to tailor solutions to regional needs.
- Build and drive data governance and stewardship, defining policies for data quality, privacy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and Global Commercial Excellence to integrate and govern data, systems, tools, and reporting and insights for commercial utilization.
- Create standardized reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self‑service BI tools to assess the business impact of commercial strategies and empower commercial decision‑making.
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
- Deep expertise in commercial data strategy, including data governance, master data management, and Customer 360 environments.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM, ERP, BI, and data‑integration architectures, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Skilled at building end‑to‑end data processes that ensure data quality, trust, consistency, and usability across commercial teams.
- Excel at partnering with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to align data, systems, and reporting with commercial priorities.
- Adept at designing and optimizing commercial field technologies, with hands‑on experience supporting Veeva CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Analytical capabilities to develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and proactive commercial insights that influence strategy and execution.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to simplify complexity and guide stakeholders through change and adoption.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments where building, iterating, and scaling new capabilities is part of the everyday work.
