What You'll Do
Oversee the creation and deployment of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support performance, financial, and operational objectives within Lifecycle Services. Translate business needs into effective data solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders to define scope, expectations, and outcomes.
Ensure all reporting is accurate, consistent, and built on governed data sources. Promote self-service analytics by designing intuitive, user-friendly tools and providing clear guidance. Lead a team of BI analysts through daily direction, coaching, and technical support, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards.
Review all BI deliverables for quality, clarity, and business relevance. Align work with established data governance frameworks and collaborate with data owners to resolve quality issues. Document all data assets to ensure traceability and compliance. Build scalable solutions that support future advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities.
Identify opportunities where data gaps may hinder insights and work with leadership to address them. Serve as the main contact for BI-related matters, communicating progress, limitations, and findings clearly to diverse audiences. Partner across functions including IT, Finance, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computing, IT, Business, Economics, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, including dashboard development and reporting using tools such as Power BI
- Strong grasp of data models, KPIs, and business logic in service or operations environments
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and resolving consistency and quality issues
- Ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear analytical outputs
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience with technical teams
- Skilled at managing competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality
- Experience working directly with business units to refine and deliver analytics
- Understanding of data governance principles and their role in trustworthy reporting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights and limitations effectively
- Hands-on management style that balances execution with team development
- Collaborative approach across departments and disciplines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
- Adaptability and curiosity to support evolving analytics and AI initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Lifecycle Services operations is a significant advantage.

Work Mode
This role operates in a hybrid model. Employees are expected to be present at a company location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, unless a work conflict requires off-site activity.
