EX Squared is looking for a Sr. Manager Claims to lead our claims operations. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight and hands-on management to support our teams and maintain exceptional service standards.

- Guide team members through complex claims processing and customer service inquiries.
- Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management to support existing clients and new client integration.
