EX Squared is looking for a Claims Manager to lead and develop our claims processing teams. In this remote role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality service while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on management to support both our existing clients and new integrations.

- Guide team members through complex claims processing and customer service inquiries.
