EX Squared is seeking an experienced Remote Manager, Claims to provide strategic leadership and hands-on management for our claims operations. In this role, you will oversee teams of Claims Analysts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality and service while balancing support for existing clients with the integration of new client engagements.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage teams of Claims Analysts.
- Ensure high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
- Guide team members through complex claims processing and customer service inquiries.
- Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management to support existing clients and new client integration.
- Foster professional development within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading and managing teams in a claims processing, insurance, or customer service environment.
- Strong track record of ensuring quality standards and service level agreements are met.
- Expertise in guiding teams through complex claims adjudication and customer service scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to provide both strategic oversight and tactical, hands-on team support.
- Experience supporting client relationships and integrating new client workflows.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
