Birlasoft is looking for a Sr Lead Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to serve as the critical bridge between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams. In this senior role, you will leverage your deep Salesforce expertise to drive multi-cloud implementations from requirements through to training.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements.
- Contribute to developing test plans and drive testing during both QA and UAT phases.
- Lead and participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- More than 10 years of IT experience with 8+ years specifically on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven experience in multi-cloud solutioning.
- Deep understanding of core Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong grasp of the technical features and functionalities of the Salesforce platform.
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds such as CPQ/Billing, FSL, FSC, Health, Education, Experience, and AppExchange products.
- Experience in stakeholder management and Agile project methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with globally distributed teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
