Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring a Senior IT Systems Analyst to lead system and data analysis for critical business applications. In this role, you will create STTs and data mappings, gather and refine requirements from business writing, and provide work direction to less senior team members. You will serve as a key interface between IT and the business community, ensuring successful project execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage work direction, lead initiatives, and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback.
- Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives and represent the Systems Analyst team in project estimation.
- Create logical designs based on architectural reviews and utilize various delivery methodologies.
- Investigate, identify, and document business application requirements and technical solutions.
- Support the enhancement of existing applications or foster the development of new ones.
- Assist in communications between the IT department and the business community.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 5 years of experience with system requirements and/or supporting key business applications.
- Proven experience in leading others and providing work direction.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an environment with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI).
- Previous experience in the PBM or health care industry.
- Understanding of the security implications within the domain.
- A desire to work in management and lead others.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $81,000 - $138,000
