The Sr. Investigator Payment Assistant at IQVIA Digital, Inc. (USB1) supports the accurate and timely administration of payments to project sites under supervision. This role ensures compliance with financial SOPs, Sarbanes-Oxley Controls, and service level agreements while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and global colleagues.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of projects and provide oversight on the entire payment process
- Form remote relationships with colleagues across the globe
- Consider indirect influences on work and manage them effectively
- Highlight aged invoices and financial risks – provide reasons for any delays
- Perform data quality control
- Ensure batches are scheduled as per contracts and meet budgets
- Conduct project reconciliations
- Monitor payment cycle target trending to ensure studies meet targets for each step in the payment cycle
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal project teams
- Assist internal teams with project-related issues and find resolutions
- Influence others to ensure key actions are taken
- Track and report metric data
- Flag nonstandard issues to project teams or line manager
- Provide assistance to other team members as required to ensure the group meets targets
- Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for setup and payment processes
- Provide support and participate in teams handling various routine tasks
- Provide standard reports
- Run KPIs for project teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
- File appropriate documents
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
- Knowledge of applicable protocol requirements
