Warner Music Group is hiring a Senior Ingestion Analyst, Revenue Processing to join our London office. Reporting to the Ingestion Manager (UK), you will be a key member of the Revenue Processing team responsible for gathering data files, processing revenue, and ensuring compliance across all revenue streams.
What You'll Do
- Ingest and validate digital and D2C files in SAP.
- Support the global revenue function to review and clear suspense items.
- Work closely with Tech to ensure all revenue files are routed and functioning as designed.
- Support the onboarding process of new DSP deals and other commercial agreements.
- Monitor ingestion pipelines and troubleshoot delivery failures.
- Support Ingestion analysts to ensure monthly deliverables are met.
- Support the Ingestion Manager with revenue recognition including advances, minimum guarantees, accruals, and breakage.
- Support the team to deliver performance in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide monthly operational reporting to management.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in digital music operations (ingestion).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of music rights, publishing, and royalty flows.
- Experience in music finance or royalties.
- Experience with Business Objects or similar query builders.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $80,000 to $90,000 Annually.

This is an onsite role based in London.
