Domino's Pizza is looking for a Senior HR Operations Representative to act as the centralized resource for employee inquiries and HR operational tasks. You'll be the front line for Tier 1 support, delivering exceptional service while ensuring accurate and confidential processing of all HR data.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming HR questions via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Triage and route non-HR Operations requests to appropriate teams like HRBPs, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Educate employees on HR processes, policy interpretations, and available self-service tools.
- Complete employment transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Review and resolve payroll exceptions, coordinating with Payroll and HR business partners.
- Process employment verifications, support letters, and medical support notices.
- Resolve complex HR cases involving benefits, leave, job changes, or multi-team dependencies.
- Maintain compliance by completing I-9s, background checks, and other required documentation.
- Conduct audits and reconcile employee data across systems to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a compliance dashboard, support audits, and send recurring reports to leaders.
- Support ad-hoc data requests for regulatory filings and internal tracking.
- Assist in updating SOPs, process guides, and the HR knowledge base.
- Participate in open enrollment, year-end processing, and HR systems enhancements.
- Support internal HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year in HR shared services, operations, or a customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and a service mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Nice to Have
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
- Experience with an HCM (like PeopleSoft) and case management systems (like ServiceNow).
- Experience processing job data changes and HR compliance documents.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, leave administration, and benefit coordination.
- Ability to interpret HR policies and procedures for Tier 1 resolution.
- Experience drafting or maintaining SOPs and HR process documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in improving HR operations.
