Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to translate strategic concepts into sharp, thoughtful design across brand systems, digital campaigns, and event experiences. This hands-on role leads visual direction for meaningful projects like nonprofit rebrands, fundraising campaigns, and impact reports.
What You'll Do
- Translate strategy, concepts, and copy into clear, compelling visual systems and assets.
- Develop and evolve brand identities including logos, typography, color, layout systems, and asset libraries.
- Design for a wide range of formats: presentations, social campaigns, landing pages, reports, one-pagers, and event collateral.
- Explore multiple design options and directions, then refine based on feedback and constraints.
- Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, video editors, and animators to create cohesive stories.
- Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and platform best practices.
- Help improve and maintain internal design systems, templates, and workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a mix of agency, in-house, and/or brand work.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Fluency in Figma for digital design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain work simply, ask good questions, and respond well to feedback.
- Reliability: hit deadlines, follow through on commitments, and raise flags early when something’s off-track.
- Curiosity and humility: interest in how things work, why audiences respond, and how design can unlock better results.
- Alignment with mission and clients: care about equity, ethics, and using skills in service of organizations trying to make the world better.
- A strong portfolio showing branding and identity systems, thoughtful typography and layout, digital and social design, and clear rationale and process behind your work.
