In this role, you’ll define and maintain the brand’s visual language, ensuring consistency and sophistication across every consumer touchpoint—from digital advertising and social media to packaging, retail, and on-product graphics.
What You'll Do
- Develop and evolve comprehensive brand systems, including typography, layout principles, iconography, and visual tone that reflect the brand’s legacy and future direction
- Create high-quality designs for seasonal campaigns, digital content, and sales materials that align with strategic marketing objectives
- Design original apparel graphics, prints, and trim details that connect seasonal themes with brand heritage and consumer insights
- Lead creative direction for photo shoots—from concept development and shot lists to on-set supervision and final asset evaluation
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand narratives are consistently expressed across content and merchandise
- Guide the visual direction of ecommerce experiences to enhance usability, brand expression, and conversion performance
- Review all graphic output to uphold creative excellence and brand integrity across channels
Requirements
- Proven ability to design across multiple platforms, including digital ads, email, social media, packaging, and retail environments
- Experience building brand identity systems and documented design guidelines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated, conceptually driven work aligned with strategic briefs
- Background in apparel or lifestyle brands with a track record of designing on-product graphics and seasonal storytelling elements
- Experience leading photo production from concept to delivery
- Skilled at translating marketing and product strategies into visually compelling narratives
- Experience mentoring and managing creative teams, including workflow planning, performance reviews, and professional development
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines to align creative execution with business goals and margin considerations
- Strong leadership in providing critique, coaching, and creative direction to maintain high standards across a design team
- Proficiency in managing team capacity, setting priorities, and tracking project timelines
