Twist Bioscience is hiring a Sr Global Product Marketing Manager, NGS

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on creating integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies for the next-generation sequencing product line by analyzing customer segments, competitive dynamics, market trends, and campaign timelines.
  • Design and manage a customer-focused content strategy that supports each phase of the buyer’s journey, producing materials such as blogs, case studies, videos, email campaigns, social media, and webinars.
  • Write and produce marketing copy and creative assets for digital campaigns, including web banners, email content, and online advertisements.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance metrics for digital and content marketing initiatives, including engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Lead product new product introduction (NPI) and customer performance improvement (CPI) launches by managing go-to-market strategies, channel planning, and content deployment to maximize return.
  • Coordinate with product management, field marketing, digital teams, commercial leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing alignment across functions.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes for both new and existing products in the sequencing portfolio.
  • Work with external advertising agencies and internal design teams to produce high-impact marketing materials, including creative direction, print and digital assets, PR, social media, presentations, tradeshow booths, and promotions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive movements within the next-generation sequencing market.
  • Partner with product and field marketing teams to develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and workflow support for key applications.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and adjust promotional strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Leverage customer insights, research, and analytics to identify pain points and anticipate needs, refining customer journey maps to improve messaging relevance.
  • Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand standards, voice, and messaging guidelines.
  • Engage with internal teams and external partners at all levels, including direct customer outreach, key opinion leader interactions, and executive communication.
  • Develop and deliver progress updates and performance reports to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure collective success in achieving marketing objectives.
