BetterHelp is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A to provide insightful analysis that supports strategic decision-making and drives financial performance. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and collaborate closely with various business lines to deliver actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage and analyze headcount plans, movement, and analysis working closely with cross functional teams.
• Maintain and evolve capacity models for sales, relationship management, and value-added services across customer segments and markets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management, investors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for business optimization.
• Collaborate with enterprise-wide teams to develop annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and provide recommendations to optimize capital allocation.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in finance related roles.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

Nice to Have

• MBA or Masters in Finance (MSF).
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite and FP&A reporting software.
• Wealth Management, Finance, or FinTech industry experience.
• Capacity modeling experience.
• Ability to influence without authority.
