Medline Industries, LP is looking for a Sr Engineer - Project Manager to plan, organize, and lead projects that increase productivity and meet corporate objectives. In this role, you will provide specialized expertise, leading initiatives from concept through production cycles.
What You'll Do
- Investigate current operations to develop and implement changes that improve productivity.
- Analyze and recommend technological solutions and innovative techniques to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
- Lead various-scale projects from concept to realization involving individuals from multiple departments.
- Develop large-scale project plans with action steps and schedules to deliver quality results on-time and within budget.
- Perform complex assignments to develop new or enhance existing procedures, statistical analysis, inspections, and validation activities.
- Conduct training on quality assurance and engineering concepts and tools.
- Apply functional knowledge to design and customize workflow systems for seamless integration.
- Provide specialized expertise through project, account, and people management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
- At least 4 years of engineering experience.
- Experience with technical writing, research paper writing, and/or experimental design.
- ERP systems knowledge and experience.
- Intermediate skill level in computer and systems use (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
