Solventum is looking for a Senior Director of Change Management to play a pivotal role leading change for our most important transformation initiatives. This dynamic, experienced leader will both lead and coach successful change strategy implementation while fostering increased capabilities within our organization. What You'll Do
- Design and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to assess change readiness and define success metrics.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to support awareness and commitment.
- Conduct impact analyses and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide coaching to senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and manage a small team of change practitioners supporting transformation efforts.
- Support key strategic transformation initiatives as the change practitioner for 50% of your work distribution.
- Coach and support project leaders on change management for the balance of transformation initiatives for 25% of your work distribution.
- Lead enterprise coordination of scaled program level transformation portfolio for 25% of your work distribution.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Twelve (12) years of change management, transformation, or project management experience.
- Prosci certification or equivalent, with demonstrated experience implementing Prosci methodology or equivalent across various organizational contexts.
- Understanding of organizational development theories and principles, with emphasis on systems thinking.
- Proven track record of successful change management initiatives and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with preference for experience in global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership.
