R1 RCM is hiring a Sr Director Customer Partner to lead Revenue Cycle Operations. In this role, you will exhibit strong judgment to solve complex problems, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail and flexibility. You will directly influence the maturation of key processes, including financial analysis, performance reporting, tool development, and client relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Direct a team of analysts and process improvement professionals to standardize and refine operations across multiple facilities.
- Guide the team to use data to generate key insights, including variances to best practices, performance levels, adoption rates, and process pain points.
- Actively build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business through communication, insight generation, and incident management.
- Partner across teams with key stakeholders to simplify processes, align policies, and adapt procedures to changing business models and priorities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a significant portion in a director-level or higher leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with backend revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, claims management, denial management, and accounts receivable.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead large teams and manage department budgets.
- A strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting.
- Strategic vision and a track record of operational excellence across end-to-end solutions.
