About the Role
This role is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications and integrations. The developer will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, supporting digital transformation initiatives across finance, supply chain, and customer engagement functions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
- Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and third-party systems
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and standards
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
- Participate in full lifecycle development including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Support data migration and transformation activities
- Configure D365 modules based on business process needs
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Ensure compliance with security and audit standards
- Document technical designs and solution artifacts
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Stay current with updates and new features in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance
- Work with DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Support user acceptance testing and production rollouts
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on environment setup and maintenance
- Implement automated testing frameworks for D365 solutions
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles

- Experience with Power Platform integration in D365 environments
- Background in media, entertainment, or content distribution industries
- Knowledge of global financial systems and multi-currency operations
- Prior work with enterprise resource planning at large-scale organizations
