LeadVenture was looking for a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager

LeadVenture is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. This role will create customer advocacy content, manage reference programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute directly to business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing programs focused on customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Create customer advocacy content, including case studies, testimonials, and reference materials.
  • Manage customer reference programs and nurture relationships with key customer advocates.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related marketing roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience developing customer-facing content and managing reference programs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
