LeadVenture is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. This role will create customer advocacy content, manage reference programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute directly to business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing programs focused on customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Create customer advocacy content, including case studies, testimonials, and reference materials.
- Manage customer reference programs and nurture relationships with key customer advocates.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
