Syneos Health is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate I (Sponsor dedicated) based in South Africa. You will focus on accelerating customer success through clinical development by bringing the customer and patient to the center of the work.
What You'll Do
- Perform monitoring and site management activities for sponsor-dedicated clinical trials.
- Ensure trial conduct complies with protocol, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with investigative sites and study teams.
- Identify and resolve site and study-related issues proactively.
- Contribute to process improvements and the overall success of clinical programs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong site management, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
