About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Sr Consultant, Partnerships to lead and manage strategic global partnerships. In this role, you will focus on integration between financial platforms and external ecosystems, aligning technical, commercial, and operational initiatives to drive incremental value and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of integration opportunities, gathering requirements from global stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage business cases for proposed integrations, including financial modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, finance, and regional teams to align commercial, technical, and operational plans.
  • Define and document operational models, including onboarding, support processes, and exception handling.
  • Establish roles, responsibilities, and SLAs across internal teams and external partners.
  • Work with commercial teams to develop region-specific pricing models aligned with market and regulatory requirements.
  • Support GTM strategies with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and external partners.
  • Plan and oversee integration project phases, maintaining organized documentation, timelines, and status updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in the United Kingdom.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • Strong network in core banking and issuer processing.
  • Experience with technology providers supporting core and processing capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience managing technical, commercial, and operational alignment with partners.
  • Skilled in prioritization, business case development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience coordinating technical delivery with product and engineering teams using scalable, standardized approaches.
  • Ability to align commercial terms and pricing with regional market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe.
  • Independent, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
