YASH Technologies is looking for a Senior Consultant - CRM to join our Digital Solutions team. In this senior technical role, you will leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions and lead implementation projects.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations.
- Lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as a CRM technical consultant.
- Deep and hands-on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Experience in using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Expert in developing components such as Plugins (C#, .NET), Custom workflows, actions, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, Model-Driven & Canvas Apps.
- Strong understanding of AI and Copilot.
- Well versed and experienced in implementation projects from scratch and support projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Global experience and working in a diversified environment.
