Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-region go-to-market strategy with TCS and other Global System Integrators, emphasizing their migration factory to transition mid-market manufacturers off outdated ERP systems.
- Actively pursue new customer opportunities within the TCS and GSI ecosystem by generating joint sales pipelines through account mapping and outbound partner-led initiatives.
- Manage commercial engagement and deal progression for partner-led opportunities, ensuring alignment between QAD sales teams and GSI teams.
- Create tiered account plans for key GSI-led accounts, including whitespace analysis, persona mapping, and joint action plans.
- Coordinate internal resources such as Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Services teams to support complex partner-led deals.
- Maintain and cultivate executive relationships with TCS and other Global System Integrators, deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and QAD executives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven success in channel management or enterprise software sales, specifically within the ERP or manufacturing software industry.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Global System Integrator relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual quotas or partner-sourced revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and the competitive landscape for Systems of Action.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell a vision based on business outcomes and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 40-50% to engage with partners and customers globally.
