What You'll Do
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit, document, and manage detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Lead and participate in testing efforts to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with requirement management tools and methodologies.
