Valtech is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as an innovative, strategic problem solver who partners with clients to drive business strategy for digital workstreams. You will be involved in all project stages from discovery to post-implementation support, ensuring the successful deployment of software product features.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring engagement of the team and client profiles to drive results.
Analyze system complexities, product/service use cases, and organize detailed specifications for development by engineering teams.
Act as backlog owner, creating detailed requirements by gathering all necessary information.
Define acceptance criteria, carry out functional testing, and ensure the expected performance of the solution.
Estimate work with the team, lead ceremonies, track scope progress, and proactively report and raise issues.
Collaborate between business, strategy, experience design, and technology for clear product understanding.
Be open to continuous learning and interacting with other work cells to improve effectiveness and autonomy.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in software consulting areas.
Strong experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
Strong experience in analyzing large amounts of data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools.
Knowledge in generating process documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
Experience in assembling use cases, user stories, and progress reports.
Experience working with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
Completed or in-progress tertiary/university studies.
Good negotiation, analytical, organization and time management skills.
Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English skills.
Native Spanish Speaker.
Being proactive and hands on, eager for continuous improvement.
Best practices oriented.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field.
Experience working on projects that include pre-sales activities.
Assurance industry experience.
BA certification is a plus.
Salesforce platform understanding.
