Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives and user needs
- Translate business goals into functional and technical specifications
- Document workflows, processes, and system interactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize backlogs
- Define key performance indicators and success metrics
- Support user acceptance testing and validation of deliverables
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Create detailed requirement documents and process models
- Ensure alignment between project scope and business outcomes
- Manage changes to requirements using structured change control methods
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states
- Assist in defining solution architecture through business input
- Validate deliverables against original business objectives
- Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews
- Work with UX designers to ensure user-centered solutions
- Gather feedback from end users and stakeholders
- Maintain traceability from requirements to implementation
- Assist in training material development and knowledge transfer
- Monitor project progress and report on milestone achievement
- Use data to inform decision-making and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate with offshore or distributed team members
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
