Lead the analysis and optimization of Market Access operations with a focus on chargeback and rebate management. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial workflows, from claim submission through resolution, within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document complete business processes across sales, contracting, and chargeback systems
- Verify data consistency between transactional and financial platforms
- Oversee the full chargeback lifecycle, including claim processing, validation, and resolution
- Administer rebate programs, confirm participant eligibility, and resolve related disputes
- Reconcile sales figures, chargeback claims, and rebate accruals using analytical tools
- Support master data governance and enforce data stewardship standards
- Track and manage customer affiliations within GPO and IDN networks
- Ensure adherence to federal pricing programs such as Medicaid Drug Rebate, 340B, PHS, and FSS
- Analyze forecasted versus actual accruals within the Go-to-Net (GTN) framework
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end business process analysis, particularly in life sciences or healthcare
- Familiarity with distributor and wholesaler contracting models and specialty pharmacy networks
- Hands-on experience validating data flows between sales, chargeback, and contract management systems
- Thorough knowledge of chargeback processing stages and resolution protocols
- Experience managing rebate workflows, eligibility rules, and dispute resolution
- Working knowledge of EDI transaction formats, including 844 and 849
- Proficiency with analytical tools used in financial reconciliation
- Background in master data management and data governance principles
- Experience with Model N FLEX or similar GTN platforms is highly preferred
