Amgen Inc. is looking for a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative for Repatha based in Beijing. You will be responsible for hospital promotion planning, account and brand management, performance management, and team collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Propose, review, design, and implement hospital promotion plans through collaboration with your line manager and marketing colleagues.
- Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners and Pharmacists to influence the prescription of Amgen products.
- Follow up on projects within key hospitals.
- Align with your line manager to set objectives and tasks that maximize promotion performance.
- Collect and analyze data promptly based on business requirements to improve promotion outcomes.
- Create and execute a budget plan according to company policy to ensure rational and effective resource use.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other team members to integrate resources and improve promotion effectiveness.
- Act as a product and medical information expert within the team.
- Provide counseling and mentoring to junior team members.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with your line manager and marketing colleagues, reporting directly to your Line Manager.
Work Mode
This is a local-city role based in Beijing.
