Lime is looking for a Sr. Associate, Process Excellence to join our new Sourcing Services Center of Excellence team. This is a pivotal role to drive operational excellence from the ground up, designing and implementing systems for long-term success while balancing quick execution with long-term strategy.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and implement scalable business processes from scratch for the Sourcing team, operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Create and own comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and clarity for the team.
Leverage data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that drive continuous process improvements.
Manage a portfolio of operational projects from ideation to successful adoption, ensuring they align with the team's strategic goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to deeply understand business needs and build alignment on process changes.
Research, evaluate, and assist in the deployment of technology solutions to streamline sourcing operations and enhance the team's efficiency.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in developing and owning process documentation, including SOPs and process maps.
Proven track record of scaling products or processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence preferred) and business intelligence platforms (Tableau preferred).

Nice to Have

Experience in the technology or supply chain sectors.
Prior experience in a high-growth, start-up environment.
Experience with Sourcing or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
