CVS Health is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Provider Services to lead our provider recruiting function. You will be responsible for hiring top talent across multiple medical specialties, developing sourcing strategies, and building a robust candidate pipeline in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Hire at least 20 providers each year.
- Execute recruiting for specialties including family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, psychiatry, podiatry, and nephrology.
- Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Medical Directors, and Executive Medical Directors to execute provider hiring in various markets.
- Assist in meeting physician and APP recruitment needs and fulfilling recruitment strategy.
- Research networking opportunities and run cost-benefit analysis for each opportunity.
- Develop additional physician and APP sourcing methods.
- Develop relationships and maintain candidate pipeline by working with schools, residency/fellowship programs, and medical societies/associations.
- Pre-screen candidates, coordinate remote and on-site interviews, and collect and synthesize feedback from interview panels.
- Maintain a database of candidate information and develop physician recruitment metrics to measure success and plan for future initiatives.
- Attend conferences, on-site interviews, and Grand Rounds involving minimal travel.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of work experience OR a B.S./B.A. degree.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a sales or business development environment.
- Ability to function in a startup environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity.
- A very smart, highly motivated, confident professional comfortable working with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with strong executive presence.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- Appreciation for a challenge and a hunger for growth in a startup environment.
- Professional communication skills and skill in developing relationships with candidates and leaders across the organization.
- Willing to work a hybrid schedule (remote and in-office).
- US work authorization.

Nice to Have
- M.B.A., M.P.H., or other advanced degree welcomed.

- Compensation Range: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
