Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support the budgeting and planning processes.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Support the annual budgeting process.
  • Analyze capital expenditure requests.
  • Provide financial training and support to team members.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments.
  • Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
  • Experience in the electronics industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
