Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Finance to join our BR Finance team. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing all marketing expense for BR stores and online channels across Specialty and Factory businesses in North America. This role reports to the Manager of BR Marketing Effectiveness & Expense.

What You'll Do

Develop the monthly forecast and annual budget for Marketing spend across BR Specialty, Factory Stores, and Online channels.
Identify and research monthly and quarterly variances to budget and forecast, proactively highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities, including preparing and uploading journal entries for marketing accruals, prepaids, and reclasses.
Assist in preparing executive presentations for budget and forecast that provide insightful analysis and support leadership decisions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with finance business partners and cross-functional teams.
Maximize the use of Anaplan, Essbase/Smartview, and Oracle Financials in the forecasting and budgeting process.
Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
Serve as a strategic thought partner for BR’s Marketing leadership team on budget matters.
Act as a liaison between Finance and Marketing teams to help problem-solve budget issues.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
A minimum of 4 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extreme attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Superlative interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
