The University of Texas at Austin is hiring a Student Associate to provide support to the Strategic Program Support team and the Facilities Services Director’s Office. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at departmental operations, focusing on developing and maintaining websites, documentation, and various communication projects.
What You'll Do
- Perform administrative tasks using Smartsheet, Box, and other MS365 tools.
- Create documentation for processes and best practices.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and performing regular maintenance for existing programs, including an intranet site and digital communication channel.
- Assist with external and internal website content updates and development, graphics, video screen publications, and other social media needs.
- Work closely with members of the Strategic Program Support team on several key projects.
- Assist in organizing and monitoring a portfolio of projects and team meetings, ensuring quality is maintained.
