CVS Health is looking for a Sr Analyst, Front Store Operations - Inventory Innovation to lead the transformation of inventory management processes. You will analyze current systems, design improvements, and implement streamlined solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and product availability for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of inventory process evolution initiatives.
- Regularly report on process outcomes and performance to senior management.
- Manage the budget allocated to inventory process innovation, ensuring cost-effective implementations.
- Utilize inventory data and insights to analyze trends and patterns in turnover and stock movement to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory records and processes to maintain brand standards and provide a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in inventory management and process improvement.
- Strong skills in analyzing data and identifying trends.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time, which may include multi-day trips.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in inventory operations or an equivalent role.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as SQL for data analysis and reporting.
