DaVita is hiring a Sr Analyst, Corporate (Part Time/Per Diem) to play a vital role in supporting nephrology practices as they adopt and optimize value-based care initiatives. You will act as a hands-on, client-facing professional dedicated to ensuring practice success and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide at-the-elbow support to net-new nephrology practices during onboarding, go-live, and key implementation phases.
- Manage and resolve practice support cases, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Own and address client escalations, serving as a key point of contact for urgent or complex concerns.
- Monitor and manage aging support incidents, ensuring progress toward resolution.
- Follow up on client feedback to identify service gaps and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and staff, acting as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Customer Success, Product, Operations, Training, and Leadership—to align priorities and deliver consistent support.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to optimize outcomes and overall client satisfaction.
- Provide Professional Billing support one day per week, addressing related support tickets and collaborating with billing teams.
- Travel to provide on-site support for practice go-lives and key events, typically for 3-5 days per trip.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word).
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA.
- Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma, PDSA).
- Prior experience in healthcare services, practice management and/or working with payers, value based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
- Change Management Certification.
