Prysmian Group is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to join its team in Sorocaba. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process for the Industrial and Construction Business Unit, analyzing data to drive improvements, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire order lifecycle from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze order data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and other areas to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement order management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Train and mentor junior order management staff, providing guidance and support.
- Utilize order management software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall supply chain operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience working with contracts/orders, backlog, reports, and claims.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
