DaVita is looking for a Lead, SH Transition Runway to support the implementation of Schedule Hub, our new patient and teammate scheduling tool. You will play a key role in executing change management strategies, training end users, and ensuring a successful deployment.
What You'll Do
- Adhere to Schedule Hub change management and deployment plans, executing key implementation activities.
- Communicate clearly to all end users and executive leaders with strong presentation, communication, and instruction skills.
- Partner with the Schedule Hub Change Management Team to execute deployment strategies and distribute collateral.
- Drive completion of all deployment activities and ensure leadership engagement for a successful deployment.
- Oversee DaVita Scheduler onboarding and training through live sessions, weekly check-ins, and tracking.
- Facilitate Schedule Hub Live training curricula and Virtual Learning Labs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Schedulers.
- Contribute to reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards to provide insight and analysis for the deployment.
- Deliver Schedule Hub curricula to FAs, Schedulers, and RODs in person and via WebEx.
- Support assigned Pilot Centers and FAs before, during, and after Go Live.
- Assist in troubleshooting the application and provide ongoing support and additional training.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Schedule Hub documentation and utilization questions.
- Work with Schedule Hub leadership to execute elements of change management methodology, including Training Plans and Change Reinforcement.
- Engage with Field partners to explain, gather, and report feedback to influence the change approach.
- Build and present clear presentation decks to multiple audiences.
- Work closely with field teammates and develop strong relationships with operators and clinicians to inform project outcomes.
- Analyze, interpret, and QA data to develop credible analytical approaches that drive adoption.
- Build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards based on project needs.
- Enter and validate data for initial setup in Schedule Hub for participating pilot centers.
- Effectively manage time and task completion with minimal support and oversight.

Team & Environment
This role is part of Team Runway, the central change management and deployment team. You will work with the Schedule Hub Project Team and partner extensively with field teammates, operators, and clinicians, reporting to the Schedule Hub Director & Managers.
