Copeland is hiring an Accounts Receivable & Collections Senior Analyst to supervise the AR & Collections team and function within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. You will be responsible for ensuring effective policies, compliance, and team management to support the company’s financial goals.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the AR & Collections team with 2-7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the AR & Collections process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to optimize the AR & Collections process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on AR & Collections performance to senior management.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalated issues related to accounts receivable and collections.
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in AR & Collections.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Conversational English.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation.
Technical Stack
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with financial software and Oracle.
- Solid understanding of credit and collection management processes and best practices.

You will lead a team of 2-7 direct reports as part of the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
