ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Advisory Solution Consultant, ITAM. In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant and thought leader on IT Asset Management and Enterprise Asset Management, developing and positioning product-specific solutions to achieve sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a thought leader on IT Asset Management and Enterprise Asset Management for ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams to advocate for product enhancements and relay field feedback.
- Create and own programs that enable and train Solution Consultants and Sellers to demonstrate the value of ITAM and EAM.
- Create and own efforts to generate and mature ITAM and EAM pipeline through webinars, events, and workshops.
- Contribute to and maintain a showcase of ITAM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and creating business cases.
- Demonstrate standard and tailored solutions to secure the technical win.
- Respond to requests for information and proposals.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept or Proof of Value engagements.
- Support Marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Stay current on competitive analysis to best position the ServiceNow solution.
- Understand the business and technical problems addressed by the product.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of relevant professional, post-collegiate experience.
- 5+ years of technical, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITAM product suite or key competitor software & hardware asset management products.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts.
- Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with personnel from staff through C-level.
- Strong presales experience and mastery of the sales process OR strong ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Located in Eastern or Central time zones, with willingness to support occasional customer interactions in Pacific, India Standard, and Central European Time Zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or in healthcare payer, provider, or life science organizations.
