COUNTRY Financial is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Account Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional, proactive service to our clients, becoming an expert in our ALIS software to match communities with the right features. You will collaborate closely with team members to solve problems and achieve the best results for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Review, respond to, and follow up with clients.
- Prioritize goals and to-do’s.
- Engage in continuing education on our product and industry.
- Manage the ALIS Pay Ticket Tracker and follow-up items.
- Check and update HubSpot and perform Jira ticket grooming.
- Hold client meetings, conduct trainings, and cover support lines.
- Consolidate documentation and notes.
- Attend product management and client services meetings.
- Manage monthly billings, and review client transitions and cancellations.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, including with C-Suite clients.
- Manage lead management for organic sales with a sales goal.
- Process contracts and equipment for organic clients per internal process.
- Actively monitor usage and client status calls.
- Assist with conferences and marketing efforts.
- Manage customer relationships, special projects, and own the Account Management flow across departments.
- Balance internal projects with external, client-facing meetings.

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to clearly articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Problem-solving skills for technical and interpersonal challenges.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a high standard of conduct.
- Strong listening skills, being attentive and asking clarifying questions.

- Strong time-management skills, setting priorities and avoiding procrastination.
