Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) to join our team. This is a 24+ month developmental role designed to prepare you for a quota-bearing position. You will partner with our Toledo, OH team to gain comprehensive knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our business, focused on advancing minimally invasive care.
What You'll Do
- Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic program development, and overall territory management.
- Guide technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.
- Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas.
- Gain experience in goal setting, territory mapping, and attainment in preparation for your next role.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting on sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
