Life360 is hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to up to three Revenue VP leaders. This individual contributor role reports to the VP, Field Operations and operates with significant autonomy, driving clarity, cadence, and execution in our fast-moving, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex multi-time-zone calendars, protect focus time, proactively optimize schedules for strategic priorities, coordinate domestic and international travel, and ensure accurate expense reporting.
- Streamline communication flows and maintain organized communication mediums for distributed teams, including naming conventions across the Revenue organization.
- Draft and edit correspondence and presentations with a high level of polish and content.
- Plan and execute team offsites and virtual events, managing logistics end-to-end (venue, travel, catering, materials, technology).
- Lead logistics for quarterly sales boot-camps (in collaboration with Enablement) across the AMER region.
- Orchestrate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms, including agenda design, briefing docs, pre-reads, note-taking, action capture, and follow-through on owners and deadlines.
- Take ownership for the success of leadership operations, proactively surfacing risks and recommending clear, data-driven remedial actions.
- Partner with Finance and Legal on budget tracking, purchase requests, contracts, and vendor logistics.
- Act as a liaison across GTM Teams to drive clarity, alignment and unblock execution.
- Partner with Cribl’s Administration team to ensure consistency of tools, processes, and shared best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in an Administrative Assistant or high-performance support role.
- Demonstrated support of multiple senior leaders.
- Experience in a fully remote or globally-distributed technology or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern collaboration tools.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets for light analysis.
- Cross-functional influence and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build reliable partnerships across GTM, Finance, Legal, Product, and CS.
- Models Cribl values and collaboration best practices.
- Operates with high integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and levels.
