EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Acquisitions Manager to spearhead our corporate development strategy. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth through strategic acquisitions.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end acquisition processes, from sourcing and due diligence to negotiation and integration.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic goals.
- Perform comprehensive financial and operational analysis to evaluate target companies.
- Partner with internal teams to assess technical, cultural, and market fit.
- Develop and present detailed business cases and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage cross-functional diligence teams to ensure thorough evaluation of opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing the full M&A lifecycle in a corporate development or investment banking capacity.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and technical domains.
