EX Squared is seeking a Remote Senior Acquisitions Lead to own the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisition opportunities. You will play a central role in shaping the company's growth through M&A.
What You'll Do
- Lead the sourcing and identification of potential acquisition targets aligned with company strategy
- Manage the end-to-end deal process from initial outreach through due diligence and closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through research and networking
- Evaluate target companies by analyzing financials, market position, and strategic fit
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess integration feasibility and value
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity with a focus on acquisitions
- Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-directed and capable of managing a complex process with minimal supervision
