EX Squared is seeking a Head of Interfaces to own the strategy and execution for all user-facing applications. You will be responsible for defining technical vision and ensuring high-quality, scalable frontend solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex user interfaces
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for frontend systems
- Establish and enforce coding standards, performance benchmarks, and quality practices
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical leader for frontend or full-stack engineering teams
- Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, architecture patterns, and performance optimization
- Strong track record of delivering complex, scalable, and maintainable web applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote-first environment
